Join Jane for a live Pelvic Floor Health Workshop on Zoom, where your participation does more than benefit your well-being—it helps support Independent Domestic Abuse Services (IDAS) during their impactful donation week, where every pound raised is doubled! 💜
All money raised from the workshop will be given to IDAS who use donations like these to offer support services for victims of domestic abuse. The donations will be DOUBLED because it’s a donation matching week. Donations need to be made between the 3rd and 10th of December to be matched.
