Live Online Sessions

While we’re social distancing, I’m offering remote yoga classes, yoga classes on Zoom, and maybe that’s what you always fancied anyway. Yoga in your own time, in your own house. No travelling, just an hour of nurture for the body and mind. You can even practice in your pyjamas if you like.

I am running several Zoom yoga classes each week, or ask me about one to one yoga classes if you want something tailored especially for you.

In private classes, we can do anything from energetic yoga, or dynamic yoga, to chair yoga or floor based yoga and everything in between. You can also choose the length. Maybe you just fancy half an hour, maybe a full power 2 hour workshop, it’s up to you.

I also offer sessions in fertility yoga, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and yoga for children of all ages, including babies.
