While we’re social distancing, I’m offering remote yoga classes, and maybe that’s what you always fancied anyway. Yoga in your own time, in your own house. No travelling, just an hour of nurture for the body and mind. You can even practice in your pyjamas if you like.
I am running several Zoom group classes each week, and also scheduling time for private, one to one, Zoom/Whatsapp video/Skype classes, if you want something specially to suit you.
In private classes, we can do anything from wildly dynamic sessions to chair or floor based yoga and everything in between. You can also choose the length. Maybe you just fancy half an hour, maybe a full power 2 hour workshop, it’s up to you.
I also offer sessions to support fertility, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga and yoga for children of all ages, including babies.
