Yoga for Pregnancy

Pregnancy Yoga classes include specially adapted yoga movements which promote healthy body systems for this important time in a woman’s life.

Breathing and relaxation techniques are practiced for releasing stress during pregnancy, in light of numerous studies about the positive effects of these practices for the healthy development of babies.

I will share tips and information from over a decade of experience in this field, preparing you for birth and motherhood and supporting you through your pregnancy.

I currently teach this privately, either with individuals or for a group of friends. This can be in the comfort of your own home or as a live online Zoom class.

I also run fun, informative birth preparation workshops for couples. The information and practices included in the workshops give both partners the confidence to let go of any fear surrounding the birth of their baby. Partners are taught techniques to enable them to fully support the woman in labour and women go away with a deep understanding of the best positions, movements and breathing techniques for a much more positive birth experience.
