Yoga Teacher Training
You can learn to be a yoga teacher, pregnancy yoga teacher, children’s yoga teacher, chair yoga teacher… your options are many and varied.
For over a decade I have been involved in training yoga teachers in a variety of specialisms.
If you are interested in working with children, please head to my sister website The Children’s Wellbeing Centre, where you’ll find several amazing courses to choose from.
If it’s pregnancy, postnatal or fertility yoga you’re interested in, head to Birthlight. I’ve been tutoring for this amazing company for many years and HIGHLY recommend all their courses. I teach their courses up in Sheffield when demand in the North is high. If it’s me you want to learn with, please get in touch, my next course is for maternity professionals. Otherwise just go check out Birthlight’s training offering and let me assure you that their courses are all ace!
Training to teach adult yoga
These days the route to adult yoga teaching that I offer takes the form of one to one apprenticeship style learning. Please get in touch to ask about this. With a one to one experience, we can create something bespoke to you and your life. It’ll be a blended pathway of guided study, immersive practice, personalised mentorship, and real-life teaching experience. This is a uniquely personal path to becoming a yoga teacher. It’s a rich, supportive and transformative way for those who want to truly embody yoga, grow at their own pace, and become a grounded, confident teacher.
Mentoring
I also offer bespoke mentoring for yoga teachers at any stage of their journey. Whether you’re newly qualified and looking for guidance, or an established teacher wanting fresh perspective, this support is tailored entirely to your needs.
Mentoring can take many forms: refining your sequencing, navigating challenging student situations, deepening your understanding of anatomy or philosophy, or reconnecting with your own practice. Sometimes it’s a single focused session; sometimes it’s an ongoing relationship. Even a quick chat about a particular student’s issue can make a world of difference.
This is a space for honest questions, practical insights, and personalised guidance from someone who understands the complexities of teaching. Whatever you’re facing, we can explore it together and find clarity, confidence and direction in your teaching.
